Hudson County 4‑H is pleased to offer FREE workshop programs for schools (in-school and afterschool) and community sites within the county. We can do 1-time workshops or a workshop series in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese. Please contact Hudson4H@njaes.rutgers.edu for more information and availability.
What You Can Expect:
- With any 4-H program, youth can expect to participate in engaging, hands-on activities!
- We can work with youth in grades 1st-12th grade, in schools or at other community sites.
- Each session typically runs for about an hour- we can do one off sessions, or a workshop series.
- We will bring all necessary supplies and materials, and youth will always take home something!

- Environment & Sustainability (pollinators, waste reduction, climate action)
- STEM or STEAM (science, robotics, engineering, coding)
- Healthy Living (nutrition, mental health, fitness)

- Leadership and Life Skills (public speaking, goal settting)
- Citizenship and Cultural Exploration (exploring cultures, civic engagement)
- College & Career Readiness (resumes, interview prep, career exploration)
