4‑H offers an array of programs open to the public for various age groups:
- 4-H Clubs & Programs
- We offer a variety of 4 ‑H clubs for Hudson County run by community volunteers and 4-H staff that teach youth life skills in an array of project areas. Short and long-term clubs.
- Urban Agriculture and Gardening Opportunities
- Learn about our various opportunities in urban agriculture and food systems for youth, including our flagship Youth Urban Farm Club program and our Garden Classrooms, the RCE Learning Gardens at Lincoln Park and West Hudson Park.
- Workshop Programs
- We offer free workshop programs for schools (in-school and afterschool) and community sites within the county.
- Youth Action Projects
- During programs like Changemakers and Sustainability Ambassadors, youth are challenged with creating community service projects to use what they’ve learned to give back to their communities!
- Camps for Youth
- Learn about various day and overnight camp opportunities for youth!
- Public Presentations
- Our once a year opportunity for youth to practice their public speaking skills!
